5 DAY TOUR TO DUMFRIES & GALLOWAY

Mon 19th                  

Travel to Dumfries and the Cairndale Hotel our home for the next 4 nights, travelling via (A7) Galasheils, Melrose, Selkirk,

Ettrick Forest, St Marys Loch, Grey Mares Tail and Moffat.

Tue 20th                   

Day tour via Castle Douglas, Loch Ken and New Galloway to Drumlanrig Castle for an afternoon visit.          

Wed 21st                  

Day tour to Kirkcudbright, Wigton Bay, Newton Stewart, Galloway Forest park and Black Water of Dee.

Thu 22nd                 

Day tour over the border to view Hadrian’s Wall and a visit to Hexham and Alston, England’s highest market town.

Fri 23rd                     

Travel home arriving Inverness early evening, travelling via Wanlockhead, Leadhills, and Stirling.
