Booking forms will be issued to you, when booking is made, for you to complete with any special requests or requirements.

Deposits should be paid 28 days after booking and should be accompanied by a booking form.

You will receive an invoice within 28 days of receipt of your booking form, detailing deposit paid, balance and date due. You will also receive your insurance policy.

In accordance with "the Package Travel, Package Tour Regulations 1992" all passengers booking with Spa Coaches are fully insured for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Spa Coaches.

A certificate detailing this cover will be given to each and every passenger as evidence of cover.  Please ensure that you have been given the appropriate certificate(s) at the time of booking. 

This insurance has been arranged by Towergate Chapman Stevens through IGI Insurance Company Limited.

 

Cancellation by you:

If you cancel more than 8 weeks before departure date all monies will be refunded

Amount of cancellation charge shown as percentage of holiday price

Period before departure date charge

8 - 4 weeks 30%

4 - 2 weeks 45%

2 - 1 week 60%

7 days or less 100%
